Dealer Program Guidelines

We are excited to partner with you! To streamline the ordering process, please review the following guidelines. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.

Ordering Process

  • Orders can be placed directly on our website, by submitting a Purchase Order (PO) in CSV/Excel format, or through our order writers.
  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs): All items must be ordered in multiples of 6 with the exception of Magnum Spoons. 
  • Lead Time: Orders typically ship within 1-3 weeks, depending on size. Many orders ship sooner.
  • Order totals do not include shipping fees. All orders are FOB Thomasville.

Payment Terms

  • First-time orders require a credit card at the time of shipping.
  • Approved accounts may qualify for Net 30 terms. Invoices will be issued via email as well as attached to the outside of all shipments.
  • Per our Credit Terms Agreement:
    • Invoices unpaid after 30 days will incur 1.5% interest per month until paid in full.
    • If legal action is required to collect payment, the customer will be responsible for attorney fees and litigation expenses. Jurisdiction for disputes will be Thomas County, Georgia.

MSRP Compliance

  • Dealers are expected to adhere to our Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Pricing (MSRP). This ensures brand integrity and fair market pricing.

Free Shipping Policy

  • Orders over $2,000 qualify for free shipping.
  • Brands may be combined to meet this threshold.

Shipping Details

  • Orders ship via standard carriers. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.
  • Lead time is typically 1-3 weeks, but this may vary depending on order volume.
  • All orders are FOB Thomasville.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us at orders@nicholslures.com within 7 days of receipt with your order details and photos of the issue.
  • We will provide further instructions for returning the incorrect or defective item.
